These rules help us maintain comfort, safety, and tranquility for every guest who visits. 🎉 No Parties Parties are not allowed without prior host approval. Additional fees and guidelines apply. If we suspect a party is being planned, we’ll reach out before check-in. Guests must respond within 72 hours or risk cancellation. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate eviction without refund. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking or vaping inside will result in immediate eviction without refund. Please enjoy smoking or vaping only in the garden area near the fire pit. A $250 fee applies if strong odors are detected indoors after checkout. ❌ No Illegal Drugs The use of illegal drugs, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund, plus a $250 fee if discovered after departure. 🤫 Keeping the Peace Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM outdoors. Please turn off pergola and fire pit string lights by midnight, as our yard backs up to a neighbor’s bedroom. 👥 Guests & Age Requirements Day guests are welcome with prior host approval. Airbnb sets the maximum headcount at 16 people. Overnight guests are limited to 10. A $250 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. 🐾 Pet Guidelines (dogs only) - $110 covers up to 2 dogs - Pets must be leashed in public areas. - Clean up after pets immediately in both front & backyard. A $10 fee applies per incident if cleaners must handle poop in the yard. Cleaning up urine costs will be determined by severity (example: on flower pots, carpet, furniture etc.). - Prevent pets from digging holes. An extra fee of $10 per hole will be applied if discovered. - Keep pets off interior and exterior furniture. A lint brush and vacuum are available so that you can remove excess dog hair on carpets and floors when needed. - Refrain from leaving pets alone outside. - Pets must be kenneled if no one is home. - Pets should not poop or urinate inside the home. - Pet fee does not cover cleaning up poop, urine, or damage inside and outside. Extra charges will be requested through Aircover - this is the insurance that covers you during your stay. - Pets that are snuck in and not listed in the reservation will incur an additional $100 fee from the $110 pet fee. It's important that the cleaners know if a pet was in the home since their are pet sensitivities with other guests. 🌷 Secret Perk: Mention the 🐝 emoji when booking and receive $10 off your first night (for stays of 2 nights or longer).
